Plant planning
Define snack family, fry versus dry finish, capacity basis, utilities, and destination country before machinery is selected.

Snack plants are not interchangeable. Direct-expanded puffs, kurkure-style collets, fryums pellets, and seasoned fried snacks ask for different extruders, cutters, dryers, and oil systems. Write the finished product and the process path before you compare machine lists.
Extruder nameplates are not the same as saleable kilograms. Dryer residence, frying yield, and packing rate change the finished output. Ask for capacity as finished product kg/h after the limiting process step.
Power, fuel for frying or drying, steam if used, water, and exhaust all affect configuration. Factory clear height, floor loading, and access for installation should be stated in the first enquiry.
SnackTech quotations are destination-scoped. Voltage, packing for export, documentation language, and Incoterms follow the buying market. Include the country in the first request so engineering and commercial scope stay aligned.
No. Prices are prepared against product, capacity, utilities, and destination. Public list prices are not published on the website.
Product family, finished capacity target, factory status, utilities available, and destination country. Photos or a simple layout sketch help when the building already exists.
